The opportunity presented to you with Atlas Copco China is an exciting opening for a talented, passionate Trademark Attorney to join a successful multi-national corporation. You will come to the position with experience in all trademark matters, having built successful experience in both substantive and contentious matters. You will be confident to handle both prosecution and litigation of Atlas Copco’s substantial portfolio, becoming familiar and confident with all of the company’s trademark matters. You will be the senior attorney, sharing knowledge and guiding Atlas Copco’s trademark strategy in China.
