In essence, you will:
- Join a company where IP is identified as a vital asset, valued across all levels of the organization. This is a chance to seize great responsibility with the rare advantage of implementing decisions rapidly via a direct channel to the CSO and CEO.
- With various projects at exciting phases of implementation, you will be key in developing the strategy to commercialize and protect these discoveries worldwide. As this is a new area of discovery and focus, it is likely that litigation will also be an upcoming activity facing the business – your expertise in this area will be highly valued as the company navigates this new journey.
- Be part of the exciting future and expansion within GENFIT. Your expertise in the field of IP collaboration and valorisation will be vital to the ongoing progress of late-stage therapeutic developments.
To succeed in this position, you will have an academic background in Pharmacy or a related scientific discipline. As a qualified European Patent Attorney (or similar) your knowledge of the EPO and USPTO demonstrate the requisite years’ of experience required for a position of this level. Your experience working for a leading biotechnology or pharmaceutical organization at a leadership level have equipped you with full IP life-cycle management experience with particular knowledge of post-grant, contentious and transactional matters.
