- Work on a diverse and high-profile portfolio of trade mark matters, including filings, oppositions, settlements, and pre-litigation/litigation work. You will manage your own portfolio and engage with all levels of client contacts, building up your reputation as an excellent trade mark practitioner.
- Play a key role in the ongoing growth of the firm, by being actively involved in business development opportunities as the trade mark team expands its client portfolio.

Williams Powell are seeking a qualified UK Trade Mark Attorney for this position, capable of managing cases and liaising with clients autonomously. Ideally, you will have 2/3 years of post-qualification experience. Additionally, an entrepreneurial mindset and interest in contributing to business development initiatives are of particular interest to Williams Powell.
