Senior Patent Counsel

Over recent years, the IP strategy has seen considerable refinements. IP also continues to have greater impacts and appreciation across the business.
Consequently, this is a highly visible position that presents an opportunity to work in partnership with ARLANXEO’s Chief IP Counsel to:
- Champion IP as a business strategy tool, connecting with stakeholders to educate and advise on IP matters – supporting high focus areas of innovation in niche areas such as eMobility and Sustainability.
- Become part of a small but agile, highly professional inhouse team, in which you will be able to foster innovation and support the direction of a leading multinational enterprise.
- Become a true expert in a designated business and to have the ownership, independence and visibility to manage relationships across the entire value chain.
ARLANXEO is looking for an experienced European Patent Attorney who has a background in Chemistry – with Polymer Chemistry being of particular interest. The right candidate for this role must be enthusiastic about the integration of IP matters with broader business aims; and must be passionate to educate colleagues on IP matters, refine policies and procedures, and strategically manage ARLANXEO’s IP portfolio.
