Patent Attorney
A modern, family-run firm; KIPA is a highly-regarded boutique IP consultancy located in Helsingborg, Sweden. Collaborating with both local and global organisations, the firm works within a variety of disciplines – principally within Life Science, Mechanical, Medical Technology, and Chemical fields. Due to the firm’s excellent reputation, KIPA attracts a range of clients and patent work – handling a variety of contentious matters, alongside high quality drafting, prosecution and opinion work.
As KIPA’s Mechanical client base expands, the firm is looking to welcome an attorney with expertise in Mechanics or related sectors, to work with several of their large international clients. This is an opportunity to:

This role requires a qualified patent attorney with a strong technical background in Mechanics, Medical Devices, Electronics. You must be fluent to a professional standard in written and verbal English; fluency in French, German, or Swedish is also advantageous. The successful candidate must have a strong foundation of experience in substantive patent matters, particularly drafting, prosecution, and opinion work. To excel in this role, you must have an interest in and aptitude for business development and winning new clients.
