Sheridans has an established practice thriving in the heart of Berlin with a current focus on IP protection, commercial IP and data protection. They are now looking to the future and wish to appoint a valued experienced Trademark Attorney or IP Solicitor to join the firm’s partnership. For this role you will:
- Identify yourself as a key pillar in both the trademark practice and Berlin office. You will be an integral part of the expansion of the Berlin office and re-affirming the firm’s EU presence. You will build excellent relationships with your London colleagues, continuing the close unity the firm has established across its offices. - Take responsibility for a varied portfolio of existing clients in Germany, working with top clients across a range of interesting industries. Your legal advice will always be of a high quality; you will lead your portfolio with the knowledge and experience you bring to the role always visible to clients and colleagues.
- Develop and implement your own business plan to grow your client base and practice area. This will be supported by the substantial backing of a high quality firm, with existing procedures for success and an esteemed reputation. All whilst having autonomy over your own practice area and growth activities.
- Partner with the other senior attorneys based in Berlin to continue the prosperous growth of Sheridans’ German offering. You will play a key role in the future of the German office and the firm’s presence in wider Europe.
The successful candidate must be a qualified attorney-at-law before the German legal bar, and able to represent trademark matters before the EUIPO. You must also have significant depth of experience in all aspects of trademark work, and be fluent in both German and English to a high professional standard.
