As the IP Paralegal Team Leader – a newly created management role – this is an opportunity to:

- Lead the global patent and trademark paralegal team. You will have overall responsibility for the company’s formalities and paralegal support across global IP team. You play an important role, ensuring the resident patent experts have the necessary support to facilitate innovative scientific discoveries.
- Support the training and development of a high performing cohesive paralegal team, while delivering high-quality patent paralegal support to patent and trademark attorneys. This role is an end-to-end paralegal role, combining both the leadership and patent/trademark paralegal responsibilities.
