THE ROLE
Anaqua are looking for a Client Engagement Consultant within the Sales and Professional Service teams. This is a client-facing role, with a strong emphasis on liaising with the sales team and late stage prospective clients to develop Statements of Work. You will also coordinate between multiple business teams and work to develop a thorough understanding of the Anaqua software. This will allow you to accurately give estimates, continually review and update contracts, as well as occasional demonstrations to prospective clients.
REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate is a highly organised individual who is confident working both independently and as part of a team. This person needs to have excellent interpersonal skills, and be able to demonstrate proficiency in both client-facing and internal communications. In order to be successful in this role, the candidate should have technical know-how in the fields of software development and web technologies. It is also essential that the individual has experience in a professional services role, ideally working for a Software as a Service (SaaS) business, or related technologies. Particularly desirable is the ability to identify system inefficiencies and develop tools in contracting operations to increase productivity. The ideal candidate will speak English, an additional language such as French, German, or Japanese would be an advantage.
