Coast to Coast Charity Bike Ride
As supporters of the Children’s Cancer Charity, Candlelighters, MWA have decided to organise another fundraiser to help raise vital funds for this much needed charity. As well as Candlelighters we decided to include the men’s mental health charity, CALM, Campaign Against Living Miserably, in our fundraising to highlight the pressures people experience and the help that is available for those in need.
To raise the money Sophie’s 13 year old son Will plans to complete the 274 km Way of the Roses Coast to Coast cycle route from Morecambe to Bridlington in three days. He will be accompanied on route by his father and will have support along the way from Sophie, Kieron and Lisa.
Will has now started his training on the exercise bike at home and out and about enjoying the scenery of the Yorkshire Dales.
