The role
As Legal Operations Specialist, you will join a collaborative, international Legal team focused on practical support, continuous improvement and strong internal partnerships. The environment is low-hierarchy and supportive, with an emphasis on high-quality work and sustainable working practices. You will work closely with attorneys, paralegals and cross-functional partners across the business.
Your key responsibilities will include:
CLM platform ownership Lead the go-live and ongoing administration of Sirion, ASM’s contract lifecycle management platform. You will act as super-user and system administrator, configure workflows and permissions, generate reports, and train end-users across Legal and the wider business.
Contract systems management Optimise workflows, maintain reporting, manage access and records, and provide technical support for the contract management platform on an ongoing basis.
Legal operations support Maintain SharePoint content, assist with audits, support onboarding and training, and ensure alignment with legal and corporate policies.
