As Inito accelerates its international expansion, it now seeks a Head of Legal – US Privacy, Product & Growth to build and lead a modern legal function at the centre of the business. This role offers the opportunity to:
Shape the legal foundation of a high‑growth health‑tech company
Take ownership of US privacy, consumer health data, product risk and marketing‑claims strategy, establishing the frameworks and guardrails that will underpin Inito’s next phase of growth.
Influence product, data and growth strategy at executive level
Work closely with Product, Growth, Engineering, R&D and the founders to embed legal judgement into feature design, data governance, consumer communications and market expansion.

This role suits an experienced, commercially minded legal leader with deep expertise in US privacy, consumer health data, digital‑product risk and consumer‑marketing law, ideally gained in B2C or D2C environments. Experience in digital health, medtech or wellness‑tech is highly advantageous.
