Due to a growing need and demand, Barker Brettell is looking to welcome an additional Trade Mark Attorney/Consultant to its team.
This role is an opportunity to:
- Join a highly successful firm, with particular expertise on international and EU trade mark matters. - Grow and develop by gaining exposure to the full breadth of trade mark matters across your journey with the firm. Barker Brettell will implement a tailored and detailed plan to support your growth and development as a Trade Mark Attorney.
- Work with international clients across the globe on trademarks, designs and related IP matters. You will work on both Swedish cases and international work coming from the UK. In addition, you will also have the chance to travel over to the UK and spend time with your UK colleagues.

You may come to this role as qualified attorney with experience in trademark matters, or you may be at the beginning of your career as a Trade Mark Attorney. Regardless, you will be supported to develop and grow in your expertise, and your standing in the firm.
