Senior Account Manager for Germany and France

The Opportunity

You have the opportunity to join a true leader in the software management field – Anaqua is a company that develops IP management software to corporations and law firms worldwide. They are a global leader in providing a variety of IP and business services to enhance their client’s intellectual property management operations, including patent annuities, trademark renewals, title updates and intelligent scanning services.

As a Senior Account Manager, you will support a number of Anaqua’s clients, working to enable customers to maximize their IP and ensure that they meet their short and long-term business goals. Building long lasting relationships with clients is an important step in ensuring that they attain the full value of their IP management.


The Role

We are looking to appoint someone who is highly motivated and enjoys working in a progressive and dynamic environment. Working to support a portfolio of 20 to 30 clients, you will build relationships to ensure satisfaction through education, planning and contributing to the strategic direction of the account.

Professional Qualities

You will have an IP background and hold a bachelor’s degree. Ideally you will have experience in working with IP software along with at least 5 years of experience working in a client servicing or consulting role. With your language competencies in German, English and ideally French, you will have experience in troubleshooting and resolving client and service issues. You will be part of a growing team and you will have high visibility with your clients across Germany and France.
