- Enter the firm as a Partner who will assume responsibility for the existing global biotechnology client base. You will also nurture the existing team, and develop and grow it. Thus, managing the ongoing success of this key team.

Tomkins is looking for an ambitious, entrepreneurial patent attorney who is ready to seize an opportunity to utilise their significant experience to implement strategic growth within the firm. You must be a qualified European Patent Attorney with a background in the biological sciences. In addition, this position requires a client-centric attitude to your work. Tomkins adopts a client focused approach to their IP services, and this ethos will reflect in the work you conduct. Furthermore, you will have substantial experience of client acquisition, through networking and business development initiatives. This is a partnership position and as such, you are required to contribute to the growth of the practice.
